Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Relationship Managers of the client segment to champion initiatives that will lead to increase and deepen our wallet share
- Responsible for achieving the targeted revenue budget of the customer segment
- Assist junior sales officers in the section so as to achieve the revenue and sales targets
- Initiate and supervise the sales and marketing activities within the team, and work towards the closure and execution of deals
- Constantly identify customer hedging patterns and look out for new treasury products in the markets
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelors Degree.
- Possess 4 – 6 years relevant work experience.
- Familiar with and able to sell as well as well as to explain the mechanics of derivative products.
- Able to articulate and market solutions, proven sales record.
- Able to prepare, present and facilitate group discussions.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills and an efficient team player.
