Job Description

The Portfolio Trading team is responsible for developing and maintaining the front office portfolio trading system for the Asia Pacific Region. This involves working closely with global technology teams and local business users including sales, traders and operations to ensure the product designed and developed to align with business requirement and strategic directions. In addition, Team members are expected to interact across Pac Rim region and with US and EMEA as needed.

Requirements

Education:

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering Discipline

· Degree in Technology related subject preferable

Work experience:

· 5+ years development experience. Knowledge and experience in Equities Trading Systems a plus

Technical skills:

· Expert C++ skills with 3 years experience writing production code

· Database knowledge/shell scripting. Python experience is a plus

· SVN, JIRA, Jenkins tools

Personal skills:

· Must be proactive and able to work on their own initiative. Ability to master new concept and framework quickly

· Experience of UI Design is a plus. Problem solving skills both Technical and Business related

· Experience of working in a scrum team is a plus. Experience in test driven development and continuous integration

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
