Responsibilities
- Manage Regional Mobile Banking projects and work with business development team to deliver these projects (focus will be North Asia ie China, Hong Kong and Taiwan)
- Business Lead for mBanking Projects and enhancements for Singapore; tasks include responsibility for reviewing business requirement document, reviewing functional specifications, producing and executing UAT test plans
- Collaborate with other Business Units and external IT partners in identifying enhancement initiatives and to ensure the end-to-end system and process delivery
- Provide tactical and marketing support to business on regional mBanking initiatives
- Ensure the smooth operational roll-out of new mBanking services to customers
- Support post-implementation tasks like training to touch-points, production problem investigation and escalation
Requirements
- Degree with at least 5 years' of relevant experience, preferably in mobile banking/mobile industry with strong business acumen
- Strong IT background with at least 3 years' relevant experience in implementing system projects, preferably with experience in area of Mobile banking/mobile applications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive working attitude; business Mandarin is preferred given North Asia focus of projects
- Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and commitment; Meticulous and systematic with an eye for detail
- Team player who is able to work well with product specialist, operational teams, technical teams and external vendors
- Self-starter, independent and able to rise to challenges and meet deadlines effectively
- Good understanding of Online Security Risk and Internet/Mobile payment industry
