Assistant Vice President, Retail Sales & Marketing
This role will involve the conceptualisation, development, and implementation of investor education and engagement to benefit individual investors. It will include events management, expanding current and growing new outreach channels and includes joint collaboration with external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular portfolio performance analysis across customer base.
- Managing distribution channels for products and enhance sales channels productivity efficiency by providing strategic and operations support.
- Develop engagement programs across all financial products/channels to increase penetration to the retail investor base.
- Develop targeted offering for untapped customer profiles
- Initiate, plan implement marketing and sales campaigns to meet sales targets within the marketing budget.
- Ensure effective, branded marketing communication including company website, electronic direct mailers, print communication and advertising and analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts.
- Develop business tracking reports for various channels and monitor competitor's activities in the market for continuous business growth.
- Work with strategic partners to ensure smooth running of retail investors’ events.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external partners on all marketing initiatives.
Experience and Qualification
- Bachelor degree preferably in Business Administration, Communications, Finance or related field
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in roles related to financial education or marketing
