Responsibilities
- Business Lead for iBanking Projects and enhancements for Singapore.
- As an iBanking Business Lead, the candidate is responsible for reviewing Business Requirement Document, reviewing Functional Specifications, producing and executing UAT test plan.
- Collaborate with other Business Units and external IT partners in identifying enhancement initiatives and ensure the end-to-end system and process delivery.
- Ensure the smooth operational roll-out of new iBanking services to customers.
- Support post-implementation tasks including training to end users, production problem investigation and escalation.
- Manage day-to-day iBanking business operations and customer services support and ensure deadlines are met.
- Ensure customer issues are resolved within agreed SLA.
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 7 years' relevant experience, preferably Internet Banking experience within Consumer Bank.
- Strong IT background with at least 3 years’ relevant experience in implementing system projects coupled with customer service mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive working attitude; business Mandarin will be advantageous
- Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and commitment; meticulous and systematic with an eye for detail.
- Team player who is able to work well with product specialist, operational teams, technical teams and external vendors.
- Good understanding of Online Security Risk and Internet/Mobile payment industry.
