Job Description
- Responsible for flawless execution of money market and foreign exchange transactions in accordance with the Bank's business strategy and within internal and regulatory limits, while maintaining a profitable position for the company
- Closely monitor cash flow management and coordinate activities with the Desk Head
- Keep informed of current trends and market developments, provides basic information to clients and provides input to dealers in market analyses.
- Responsible for the monitoring and full compliance with internal guidelines such as, Money Position, Net Open Position, Due From Limits, FX Reval and Settlement Limits, Stress and DEAR Limits, among others.
- Responsible for the monitoring and full compliance with external and regulatory guidelines such as the Central Bank's reserve requirement, and Single Borrower's Limit, among others.
- Advise desk head and regional treasury / control personnel of position adjustments and/or discrepancies.
- Assist in resolving problems and completing analyses by referring to standard procedures and general trading practices.
- Prepare sensitivity analysis/reports on MM and FX transactions and other Treasury reports
Other Dimensions:
- Relevant experience of at least 5 to 7 years in FX and Money Market activities
- Must have passed appropriate certification.
- Sound knowledge of Finance and Economics, Basics of Financial Math.
- Capable of independent thinking and analytics, executing routine activities without too much supervision
