Working closely with internal stake holders (Marketing, Product, Franchise and Channels) providing strategies to drive revenue growth for Treasure segment in Consumer Banking Group, the incumbent will be responsible for:
• Executing a compelling strategy for respective customer segment.
• Refining customer value proposition in product offerings based on customer behavior studies, campaign results, customer satisfaction measurement and competitive landscape.
• Engaging internal stakeholders on products/ product configurations, processes and credit criteria for respective segments based on insights, internal and external data to enhance segment offerings and customer experience.
Our ideal candidates should have the following requisites:
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in Consumer Banking Group
• A recognized Degree preferably in the Business Marketing or related discipline
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, high drive and energy level with the ability to work under pressure
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Ability to execute independently
• Good organization and project management skills
• Proactive, creative and independent
• Technical Competencies
• Good English speaking and writing skills
• Proficient computer skills, including Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.
