Assistant Vice President – US Regulatory Reporting recruitment

Job Summary:

The AVP plays the pivotal role between his/her Team, Senior Management and the Client. This role requires one to have deep understanding of the Financial Reporting and preferably Regulatory Reporting so that, he/she can identify improvement opportunities, help the team when in need and take the quality of the process to the next level. Predominantly this person has to coach and mentor the team and ensure accurate, timely and quality delivery of services provided within a risk-free and controlled environment, to ensure Deutsche Bank’s overall client satisfaction. Tasks include the reporting of consolidated financial data for Americas.

Qualification Experience required

Qualification

• CA / MBA / CPA with 10+years of experience, of which, atleast 4years should be of team management

Experience

• Must have experience of managing teams including people managers

• Must have migrations management experience

• Working knowledge of SAP – PNA, GGL RCS and BW

• Expert knowledge in Excel

• Experience in handling Regulatory Reporting

• Understanding of IFRS / US GAAP
