In Group TO, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
- Setup a Regional Client Services desk
- Proactively manage a regional portfolio of client service relationships and ensure clients are satisfied with and trained on Bank's products and services
- Take regional ownership of client on boarding, servicing issues and facilitate their resolution
- Engage business partners, leading a team effort to focus on issues and opportunities that further differentiate Bank in the view of our clients as an industry-leading service provider/external business partners and Regional
- Provides regional coordination and guidance to the regional top tier clients,
- Lead region-wide client service performance and participate in communication sessions with all constituents about metrics, client issues, current trends, opportunities and risks.
- Establish, provide input and track operational metrics and service level requirements to achieve regional business goals (for all countries where client operates)
- Oversee the roadmap for a successful regional relationship with a client by understanding the client’s service needs and gaps in delivery
- Act as key client contact in the overall service relationship, partnering closely with Relationship Management, Sales, and Product to bring a cohesive support structure and responsiveness to the client
- Timely reporting to country and regional seniors regarding significant service issues, action plans, status, and resolution
Requirements
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 7+ years of direct experience within business operations, sales or management environment in Corporate Account Services, Payment Cash Management with commercial banking customers
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding client service, at a senior level
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to build strong client relationships
- Excellent written and oral English Cantonese communication skills
- Presentation skills: Comfortable with audience of tenured, senior level professionals
- Independent, proactive and self-motivated
