Assistant Vice President /Vice President (Risk Management) recruitment
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be part of the management team responsible for risk evaluation of investment proposals and asset management plans. You will formulate a robust risk management framework which entails risk identification, assessment and mitigation, and implement processes and a system for controls and on-going monitoring. You will review valuation model and assumptions, key drivers of transaction risks and exit assumptions. You will also review portfolio companies’ operational and financial risks and recommend appropriate risk management plans and processes. You will conduct regular review of existing investments as well as monitoring of risks at the portfolio level and manage risk policies across the Group and provide direction and guidance on risk management.
You should have at least six years of risk management experience, preferably in an investment company with a global portfolio. A key requirement is the ability to identify and recognize changing risk profiles and emergent risks in a dynamic business environment.
