Assistant Vice President/Manager, Incentive Management recruitment
Principle Accountabilities
• Administer the end-to-end process of incentives computation and payment to RBWM sales staff, ensuring an efficient, smooth payment process and effective utilization of incentives budget.
• Act as the Relationship Manager supporting the Sales Channel Head in related sales incentive effectiveness analysis and Planning with the objective to drive /optimize sales performance.
• Budget Management Governance of Staff Incentives Scheme. A subject matter expert with regards to incentive operations for the channel assigned; he/she will manage and participate in the development of new schemes, and incentive disbursement process through the implementation of a robust calculation and payment process.
• Ensure disbursement of incentive accurately and on a timely basis, and manage incentive budget within approved Plan; undertake analytical study outlining key cost variances and emerging trends.
• Sales Analysis and Planning. Prepare relevant staff incentive reports (including monthly/ quarterly Cost To Income Ratio and Sales Distribution Performance Analysis) to Head RBWM and Sales Management for scheme performance review to optimise sales channel performance and provide inputs on core/tactical incentive schemes from financial angle and advise on budgetary impact matters.
Skills/Attributes
• Degree in Business/Accounting/Economics, with at least 3 or more years’ experience within a business performance / business finance position in Consumer/Private banking.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills and have the confidence to converse with cross functional Senior /Middle Management.
• Able to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Financial Modeling skills is a must while SAS knowledge and/other data management tools is a plus.
