The Client
Our client is a leading foreign bank within the local and global banking sectors. They offer a broad range of banking and financial services tailored to meet a wide spectrum of needs at different levels. They are looking for suitably qualified individuals to join their ranks within the Property Finance team.
The Position
- Monitoring the Property Finance portfolio (Non-recourse Limited recourse loan and some Corporate loan) in Asia Pacific Region
- Risk Capital and Credit Cost monitoring of the Property Finance loan portfolio
- Property market research in Asia Pacific (ex-Japan)
- Making presentation of property finance transactions for Credit department
- Analysis and evaluation of property, credit and structural risk related to above business
The Candidate
- At least 1 year experience in the banking sector
- Work experience at a commercial bank and/or an investment bank
- CMA/CFA/CPA is an advantage
- Proactive mindset
- Team player
- Willing to step up in the bank
- Other Asian language skill is an advantage
