Assistant/Senior Secretary Job in Kings Langley, Home Counties UK

We are seeking to recruit an Assistant to work as a part of a team covering a maternity leave period.

In this role you will have some or all of the following responsibilities:

•              Responsible for co-ordinating/organising meetings

•              Diary management and arranging meetings

•              Travel Hotel arrangements

•              Collect distribute incoming mail

•              Arranging internal external meetings

•              Arranging tea/coffee/lunches for visitors/meetings

 

Required Skills:

•              Ability to handle people at all levels

•              Work in an efficient and organised manner

•              Ability to Prioritise

 

Desirable Skills:

•              Familiar With Microsoft Word

•              Excel
