Assisted Living Program Director
Park Place of Elmhurst, owned by Providence Life Services, seeks a dynamic individual to lead our assisted living team in providing exceptional service to clients! Duties involve:
Participating in the selection process for admitting clients
Developing a written plan of care for each client identifying their needs, services to be provided, and goals to be accomplished
Providing the Executive Director with information relative to the needs of clients
Ensuring that the staff are prepared to service clients in accordance with their wishes
Making regular rounds to observe clients to determine if their needs are being met
Monitor medication schedules to ensure their receipt
Coordinating, developing, and implementing training for the team
Working with the nursing team to ensure programs such as TB management is administered
Monitoring staff to ensure that established safety regulations are adhered to
Reporting and investigating all concerns of clients
The qualified candidate must have 2 to 4 years of experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other healthcare establishment. Experience in program development and staff education also required. A nursing degree is required! Full benefits are offered, including dental and 403B.
