Description

Provide delivery of services in accordance with agreed upon service standards and BNY Mellon policies and procedures to Asset Servicing clients. Interfaces with USAs functional departments and related BNY Mellon entities who deliver service to incumbent s assigned clients. Participate in the overall delivery of products and services to clients. This position will have direct client contact and will interface with Relationship Executive and Service Director/Account Manager assigned to their client book of business. Incumbent with provide regulatory and compliance support to a specific book of clients. Incumbent will serve as a control function for tactical regulatory initiatives (i.e. 408(b)2). In addition, this position will act as the subject matter expert within GCA as it related to contract administration and review and maintenance of unique contractual requirements. This position will also be heavily involved with regard to internal management reporting. Unsuccessful execution of this job could result in compliance, reputation and regulatory risk to the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor s Degree or commensurate business experience. 4 years experience in institutional trust and custody business preferably with operational experience preferred. Solid client service skills, problem-solving, multi-tasking ability, knowledge application, good influence/persuasive abilities, good project management/analysis skills, good technology/PC Excel, Word, PowerPoint, company platforms.
