Assoc Mobility Solutions Architect
The Associate Solutions Architect is technical role, that will develop skills in enterprise mobility solutions design and implementation, including network. The position includes:
- Translating customer requirements into solutions using existing and/or emerging technologies
- Support and participation in solution deployment activities for network, device or application installations
- Mobile Device, network and/or application testing activities
- Support of customer demonstrations and trial set up, execution and documentation
This position requires someone who:
* Is versatile, with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing industry and technology advancements
* Is a highly motivated self-starter with technical, problem-resolution, and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrates ability to quickly learn a technical product or service.
* Works independently with minimum supervision/guidance.
* Has excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills.
* Is well organized with attention to detail.
* Is able to effectively interact in technical discussions and or high level management communication
* Has experience in Troubleshooting and issue resolution
* Is available to travel for work assignments, if required
* Availability to work flexible schedules, which could include nights and weekends
Desired Qualifications:
* Technical college degree or equivalent
* Wireless telecom experience
* Knowledge of wireless, networking, VPN, SMTP relay routing and switching
* Exposure to Cisco, Microsoft and Linux platforms
