Assoc, POS Support

Shift:
Candidates must be available to work up until 2:00am if needed as well as weekends and holidays.

POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The Associate, POS Support position is responsible for supporting stores across all Chico’s brands via telephone. This position will provide support via inbound and outbound calls regarding software, hardware, procedural questions, and network connectivity for all stores.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Accepts inbound support calls from all brand stores, providing first level resolution for related systems including Scheduling, register hardware and software, MAIL (Most Amazing Information Location), Printers, (BOSS Back Office Support System), phones, signature pads, password resets and recoveries.
• Troubleshoots hardware, software, and network connectivity issues with store personnel.
• Performs follow-up calls to stores.
• Escalates issues to appropriate personnel based on priority and escalation procedures.
• Performs various reporting duties as requested by Team Coach or PHD Specialist.
• Accepts and troubleshoots self service work orders received from stores related to voicemail, e-mail and triage work orders.
• Accepts, prioritizes, and responds to store systems issues to ensure continuing store operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technology oriented with the ability to become proficient in trouble shooting hardware and software issues
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Working computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work flex schedule to meet business needs, including nights and weekends.
• Excellent detail orientation, with the ability to accurately complete documentation.
• Capability to multi-task efficiency and adapt to changing conditions.
• Ability to work independently, managing regular duties with minimal supervision
• Strong written and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Proven track record of customer focused activity
