Associate 1-2 for Special Situations Real Estate Investment Team recruitment
One of the leading special situations investors in Europe is looking for an associate to join the real estate team in London.
Focussing on special sits/ stressed/ distressed opportunities in real estate, the fund have significant capital to deploy and the freedom to invest across the capital structure.
The successful candidate must have experience of investing in/ evaluating distressed real estate assets- not simply managing a portfolio which has become distressed.
In addition the candidate will need:
- Strong financial modelling and research skills
- Excellent academic track record
- Right to work in EU
- European languages such as French, German or Italian would be an advantage but not prerequisite.
