Associate 2 – Financial Sponsors / Origination / Mid – Cap / Pan European / Leading Boutique recruitment

The opportunity:
We are looking for a highly personable mid-level to senior associate to join an expanding mid-cap focused Financial Sponsor team to primarily help with the origination of Private Equity relationships and deals. Giving the right person an excellent opportunity to build relatioships and gain insight within the Private Equity houses.

This is a superb opportunity to get to work with an excellent boutique, with strong financial sponsoring allowing them to keep expanding and to build relationships in what seems like otherwise a declining market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Origination of financial Sponsor deal flow
- Research the market in terms of European Financial Sponsors activity
- Build, develop and manager financial sponsor relationships
- Support MD in pitches and presentations
- Client entertainment

Key Requirements:
- Very strong interpersonly, with a strong ability to build and develop key relationships.
- Confident and Articulate
- Mid Level associate with experience from a Bulge Bracket or leading Boutique Financial sponsors team
- Strong Academics
