Associate (3-5 yrs exp)
With the equity markets continuing to gain momentum, our client has several IPO mandates in the pipeline and as such the person joining must be able to hit the ground running. We are open to seeing good MA bankers seeking a switch to ECM but ideally individuals with full-cycle IPO execution experience are preferred. The firm, which has an excellent reputation in underwriting IPOs across numerous jurisdictions, has already led and acted as a key advisor, sponsor and broker on several high profile mandates this year. The team’s reputation is outstanding and their access to a deep and diverse institutional investor base is widely recognised.
Suitable candidates will likely have trained with leading financial institutions and must have exceptional valuation skills. With an underlying caution still evident across the markets, firms looking to list are still in need of being handled with care, and hence the ideal people for these type of roles must be credible, reliable, diligent and assumed as highly trustworthy. You will have first rate academic credentials and must have experience in training and mentoring juniors as much of the role will require coordination of work-streams and process management.
Strong Senior Analyst level candidates will also be considered.
