Associate 3/ VP Top Boutique, Leading Sell-Side experience recruitment
This is a leading Privately owned boutique in the MA, and Corporate Finance place covering the TMT market (No TMT exp needed). They have been profitable through the down turn and are looking to expand again ahead of the market. They have a proven track record in delivery to clients and are looking for a strong Entrepreneurial Senior Associate to join their team (specialist sell-side for Entrepreneurs).
You will be expected to;
- Work closely with the MD's and partners in executing the deals
- Have the ability to deal with multiple projects across geographies (Mainly Germany, UK, Nordics and US - West Coast).
- Enjoy being intellectually challenged and handling Entrepreneurs (the approach is very different to PE)at an earlier stage than you would in a Bulge Bracket
- Have excellent academics and Sell-Side experience.
- Deal with Senior clients but also be happy to roll up your sleeves when required
This role will grow quickly into a Director role so the ability to take on responsibility and Origination (or to grow into Origination) is essential.
