Associate
This firm currently has a successful infrastructure equity fund with in excess of €6 billion of assets under management and is now in the process of building the debt team. As an Associate you will be actively involved in the appraisal of new investment opportunities, play a key role on execution and also assume asset management responsibilities. You will be a key member of a relatively new group and will play an active and visible role in the growth and development of the team.
The successful candidate must currently be operating at an Associate or equivalent level of responsibility. You must have origination/execution experience from MA, Project Finance or Leveraged Finance and it is vital that you have experience within a relevant sector including: infrastructure, utilities, transport, energy and/or renewable energy. The London team will focus on the European market so deal experience across Europe would be a benefit. Additional European languages would be beneficial.
Candidates must have strong financial modelling and valuation skills. Credit skills would be useful but are not a pre requisite.
