Associate
Our client is a global bank with a highly regarded infrastructure project finance business across North America, Europe, Asia and Africa. The infrastructure project finance team provide financing for conventional energy, renewable energy, transport infrastructure and social infrastructure in the UK.
With an increased pipeline of renewable energy deals there is now a need to hire an Associate into the team. As part of the Infrastructure Project Finance team you will work closely with senior bankers on UK renewable energy transactions. As an Associate you will primarily be responsible for managing the transactions process, including deal analysis, overseeing credit applications and negotiating with clients.
Suitable candidates will have UK renewable energy experience developed in a leading infrastructure energy project finance team. They will have good numerical and analytical skills gained on infrastructure and energy deals. In addition to this they will have gained experience negotiating with clients and will understand the credit approval process.
