Associate
The Role:
Infrastructure fund management
- Monthly investor reporting
- Asset valuations
- Asset monitoring
- Expense monitoring and administration
- Credit facility administration
Deal origination and execution
- Support team on deal origination and execution on a variety of infrastructure and property deals
Modelling
- Ability to understand and value classic infrastructure project finance / cash flows
- Student accommodation and property (development and operational models)
The Candidate:
- 3-5 years' experience in the Infrastructure/Renewables market
- Numerical problem solver
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Bright, articulate and ambitious
- Excellent with excel, word and powerpoint (particularly excel)
- Modelling
- Organised and efficient
- Transaction support/due diligence experience
- Accounting - ACA
