Associate – Infrastructure Finance
Our clients Infrastructure Finance team is very successful and has closed 8 transactions in 2013 so far and is generating substantial income and cross sell revenues for the bank. It is a structured finance team this is expert in delivering leveraged buy-out, traditional project finance and whole business securitisation structures for the Infrastructure Finance sector across Europe and the Middle East
Infrastructure Finance covers transport, social infrastructure and the regulated utility sub sectors
The Role
- New business origination and execution of new infrastructure transactions including the due diligence process
- Run sensitivity analysis and scenarios on complex financial models
- Negotiate and check loan and transaction documentations
- Daft new business proposals, credit modifications and annual reviews
- Manage client portfolio
The Individual
- Minimum of 3 years gained from working in a structured finance lending or advisory team
- Strong academic record
- Current knowledge of the UK continental European Infrastructure market and or project/acquisition finance experience
- Fluency in English with French language skills looked upon favourably
