Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Reconciles daily bank activity from daily bank statements to the cash management system in the general ledger
- Processes daily EFT returns
- Accounts for daily cash movements between bank accounts
- Prepares journal entries
- Prepares monthly bank reconciliations
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and an internship or 6 months experience in accounting
Skills and Qualifications
- Intermediate experience in MS Excel
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good organization skills
- Detailed oriented
- Able to multitask
- Strong analytical skills
- Oracle experience preferred, but not required
