Associate Admissions Representative

Position Description:

Fortis Institute, Nashville, an Education Affiliates School, has an opportunity for an Admission Representative.   We seek individuals with strong person to person business experience who expect to exceed their goals and enjoy helping people realize their dreams. 

Key responsibilities include managing inquiries, making effective contact, interviewing, and following up with prospective students for admissions.   Admission Representatives are involved in appropriate recruitment and enrollment activities on campus, including: open houses, training sessions, orientation programs,  and career days.


 Requirements

·         Record of achievement illustrating strong goal achievement

·         Display of highest levels of integrity and intelligence

·         Ability to multi-task and to succeed within strict deadlines

·         Variable hours with some evening and Saturday work

·         Strong detail orientation and capability to be highly organized

·         Persuasive communication skills

·         Proven ability to interact effectively with students, staff and faculty

·         Display strong telephone and interviewing skills

·         Associates Degree preferred
