As one of Australia's leading providers of Insurance, Wealth and Advice solutions our client is highly regarded in the Financial Services Industry. Due to business growth and demand they have a new position for an Associate Adviser in their Life Insurance Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic, highly motivated and sales-driven individual that wants to succeed and develop into a Financial Planning career.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients (Inbound calls), sourcing new risk business and referring clients to financial planners.
- Assessing each client for further sales opportunities with a view to providing a referral to full advice, either during client contact or as part of marketing activities.
- Onboarding new clients as appropriate and effectively manage prospect conversion.
- Maintaining required productivity to achieve sales targets and retaining clients
- Ensuring that an exceptional level of customer service is provided
Your Experience:
- Degree Qualified RG146 Compliance
- Sales experience within a call centre or face-to-face environment
- Experience within financial services - life insurance preferred.
- Relevant computer skills (Xplan, Outlook, Excel, Word)
To be successful in this role you will have excellent communication / relationship management skills, strong understanding of industry products and services and the ability to work as part of a high performing team.
