Associate Analyst - Business Planning

Description PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES A shared resource for Regional Operations and Network Management that provides support to the local Manager-Business Planning in an effort to achieve company financial and performance objectives. Responsible for tracking monthly expenses and coding invoices for Optimum West in the defined area of responsibility. Perform such duties that the manager may from time-to-time, deem necessary. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS 1. Management Skills a) Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills b) Must possess the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment on an individual or team basis. c) Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and initiatives to meet multiple simultaneous deadlines. 2. Technical/Functional Competencies a) Quantitative analytical skills b) Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as: Excel, Access, and Word. c) Ability to determine if current practice adheres to company policies and procedures. 3. Key Experiences/Achievements a) Bachelor s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration required. b) 1-5 years Accounting, Finance, Business or related experience. c) Demonstrated ability to work with multiple functional departments. d) Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
