Associate and Senior associate level analyst roles (Equity) recruitment

Role Objective:

To assist Portfolio Directors and Associate Directors in the development and management of the investment portfolio by working on specific companies and investments as directed/allocated. Work with the appropriate Associate Director and Director to help evaluate new investment opportunities.

Post acquisition, to work with the relevant Associate Director or Director to ensure appropriate reporting, performance monitoring and risk assessment and provide investment analysis and recommendations in order to ensure that well informed decisions that maximize portfolio value and returns are supplied to the Head of General Portfolio.

Build organizational know how in relevant industry sectors by contributing expertise and external network.

Accountabilities:

Investment evaluation and recommendations:

- Support the general portfolio team in preparation and regular review of overall investment strategy

- Perform initial screening of investment opportunities

Support the General Portfolio team in leading in depth evaluation and due diligence of investment opportunities, managing internal and external advisors

- Help build financial analysis and valuation

- Support Directors in negotiation and structuring of opportunities which the company decides to pursue

Minimum Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent.

 MBA and/or CFA would be a plus.

Minimum Experience:

 At least 3-6 years (or equivalent) of progressive professional experience in world leading Investment Houses and similar investment and/or advisory institutions as well as sector expertise in the specific industry sectors is a plus.
