Responsibilities:
This position will provide the following
Job Responsibilities :
* Receipt, classification, processing review, and investigation of all technical product quality complaint reports.
* Consumer and vendor correspondence.
* Audit and approval of complaint files.
* Implementation and revision of department SOPs and Work Instructions.
* Work independently or in a team environment.
* Other duties as determined by QA Management.
Reports To: Supervisor, QA Services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, science related field preferred, or 8 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals QA, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- At least 6 months of experience in a Pharmaceutical environment, QA/QC experience preferred
- Proficient user of computer software including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, multi-tasking and planning skills
Travel Requirements: Minimal Domestic
