Associate/ AVP, Regional IT Support, TIGPS Management, Technology and Operations recruitment
The Technology and Operations team designs, develops and maintains computer application systems to support banking operations and provide innovative IT solutions, while harnessing new technologies to meet corporate objectives. In addition, we centralise, standardise and regionalise like-activities to achieve economies of scale and improve/re-engineer end-to-end processes to achieve world-class standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide best-in-class support services and solutions on servers (Win-Tel), desktops and network for regional branch offices via remote access tools.
- Responsible for coordinating and providing first level implementation support for new software/hardware deployment to Regional Branch Offices.
- Provide advice and guidance/training where necessary to staff
- Provide high customer service excellence in providing technical support to all Branch offices across the region
- Ensure all IT inventory across all branch offices in the region are properly maintained
- Establish and maintain good rapport and relationship with staff and vendors of Regional Branch Offices.
- Explore ways to enhance and improve the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for supporting these branch offices across the region.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology with 3 years of related experience
- Prior experience in Desktop, Network and Security Support in a financial institution preferred
- Prior experience in Server Administration in Microsoft Server Operating System (2003/2008, Microsoft Exchange/Outlook, Office2003/2007/2010
- Prior experience in supporting network and security devices (routers, switches and firewall)
- CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) and MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly customer focused and team player
