Associate, China Private Equity recruitment
The role will be responsible to undertake evaluation, structuring and execution of private equity and mezzanine capital opportunities, creating and maintaining financial models to support investment projects. The role will also involve industry and business research and analysis as well as conducting operational, financial and legal due diligence, and to provide support in the management of existing private equity and mezzanine capital portfolio.
To succeed in this role you will require the following demonstrable skills and attributes:
- Good degree in Accountancy, Business or Finance obtained from US/European Universities preferred
- 4 – 6 years of combined overseas rigorous investment banking experience followed by China private equity or China investment banking experience
- Only Candidates based in China will be considered; candidates with China buy-side experience (growth equity) preferred
- Adept in financial modeling and demonstrated advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Meticulous, able to work independently and within a team setting and able to work well under pressure
- Effective communication and good interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- PRC natives are ideal for this position
