Associate Client Relationship Manager recruitment

Key responsibilities:

* Generate daily reports and oversees administration of database

* Manage account pipeline and all opportunities in Salesforce for existing clients

* Monitor and maintain client usage and billing to ensure accuracy

* Provide regular updates on client activity to management

* Gain an understanding of who the key partners are and understand the products

* Attend company training classes to gain understanding of technologies

* Maintain systems and processes to ensure/improve client satisfaction

Position Requirements:

* Tertiary qualifications including a degree in computer science, business or related field

* Minimum of 2-4 years experience in account management or customer service, building relationships with key decision makers and senior level executives

* Proven sales track record and measured success in account management and subsequent sales

Technical Requirements:

 * Experience with CRM systems preferred (i.e. Salesforce.com)

* Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

* Familiarity of networking systems and workstation configurations
