Job Description
Reporting to the manager of the team, you will be responsible for the following:
- Draft or provide second level checks for all Commodity vanilla and complex trades for dispatch on a timely basis
- Liaise with Front Office/ Legal/ Compliance to document new product confirmation requirements and draft new confirmation templates
- Liaise with FMO CC/ Client direct to ensure signed trade confirmations are returned by the Client
- Identify and address any amendments to trade confirmations in line with feedback from the Client/ Front Office
- Ensuring that the confirmation reflects the actual trade agreed and captured in the trading system and that any update is passed through the Front-to-Back chain
- Liaise with other business stakeholders, especially Commodity Operations and Middle Office, to ensure any amendments are captured in all the relevant systems
The Successful Applicant
In order to be considered, you must meet the following criteria:
- Currently residing in Singapore
- 2 years of experience in drafting ISDA confirmations in Commodities
Alternatively, you may be considered if you meet the following criteria:
- Currently residing in Singapore
- At least 1 year of experience in ISDA documentation in any product type AND with knowledge of Murex and/or Scrittura
- Candidates without ISDA documentation experience but have good knowledge in commodities (in any area) would be considered as well
