Associate Compliance Administrator (1928) recruitment
The Associate Compliance Administrator position requires continual attention to detail (including in reviewing documents, inputting and proofing); excellent “people” skills with personnel throughout the entire organization; the ability to handle multiple tasks from different persons at one time; the ability to prioritize; excellent communication skills; and solid computer skills including complete knowledge of Microsoft applications. Position must be able to work autonomously with general supervision and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload and seek supervisory assistance as appropriate. The incumbent must take pride in his/her work.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with a minimum of five years administrative experience, including two years at the executive level
• Take pride in doing an excellent job and invests one’s self in the position
• Ability to prioritize diversified workloads, integrating requests from departmental staff with routine monthly duties
• Position requires excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated poise and ability to motivate and influence others with diplomacy and tact in a diverse environment
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Excellent written, oral, telephonic, data entry and proofing skills; compose routine letters, proofing documents, and producing reports from rough drafts.
• Ability to handle moderately complex administrative details, such as preparing routine reports by consolidating data from several sources
Desired Qualifications:
• Ability to conduct complex Internet research assignments
• Ability to set up email word searches
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Ability to learn other systems, such as the anti-money laundering system.
