Associate Configuration Management Analyst
Essential Job Functions (Including % of Time for Each) : 75% - Process and control changes made to all design disclosures including drawings, specifications, Aerojet standards and customer/supplier documentation. Evaluate engineering change requests for completeness, clarity, validity of description and justification for change. Participate in Configuration Change Boards and take minutes as required. Meet established schedules for release of design documentation. 25% - Prepare and release internal documents that communicate unique requirements to the team. Prepare and maintain configuration accounting reports as required by contract or Aerojet policies. Overview : This is an entry level Configuration Management position. After orientation and training, is responsible for assuring that products are identified to a baseline design configuration and changes are controlled and accounted for in accordance with contractual requirements and Aerojet policy and procedures.
