Associate Consultant Funds recruitment
As Ireland continues to attract strong inward Invest within the Funds market and we continue to act as a gateway to Europe from a distribution perspective, our client has experienced strong growth in demand for their al ready established consultancy services.
With a footprint globally and some of the most well recognised industry figures among their ranks they are keen to bolster this further with the addition of a technically mined Senior Funds Consultant to assist in the further growth of their business domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities will include:
• Acting as MLRO to various investment fund companies
• Reviewing reports provided by Auditors, Administrators, Custodians and Investment Managers to investment fund company boards
• Undertaking research across a wide range of investment fund topics as requested by Senior Consultants
• Becoming the technical expert within the firm in respect of a number of areas relevant to the investment funds industry
Our client is seeking the below requirements in relation to the position:
• Three to five years’ experience in the funds/investment/risk management industry
• A detailed understanding of mutual/hedge fund operations or risk management disciplines as appropriate
• Excellent interpersonal and client management skills
• Clarity of analysis and of expression, both verbal and oral
• A degree plus a professional qualification
• A commitment to on-going professional and personal development
• At least a Finalist from an ACCA, ACA perspective or an MBA graduate.
