Associate – Control Room Compliance, Investment Bank – $40-60K recruitment
The Company
An opportunity to truly make a difference. This role sits within the control room division at a reputable investment bank in a newly created head count. They are looking for an experienced control room professional with a background in IBD Compliance or Control Room Compliance.
The Role
- Researching, reviewing and clearing research reports;
- Updating and maintaining Watch, Restricted Confidential and Grey list;
- Ensuring suitable Chinese walls and information barriers are in place;
- Monitoring wall-crossings in accordance with bank's policy;
- Monitoring staff trading activities; and
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as required
Your Profile
The successful candidate will be a degree holder in Law, Accounting, Finance or related discipline. You must have minimum 4 years' post compliance working experience gained from control room compliance in financial services industry. You should have a strong work ethic and be able to display strong communications and relationship management skills. Fluency in English and Cantonese a must, ability to speak other languages is a plus.
