ASSOCIATE, COO OFFICE, BANKING APAC ex-ASEAN (Executive Management)
Job description
- Provision of business support to COO and Banking North Asia Management, ensuring information is collated and well equipped for management to make informed decisions on various aspects of the business.
- Work closely with HR to deliver effective planning and coordination for people initiatives eg. Training and Hiring. Provide a clear and accurate monthly headcount monitoring, and management administration of new joiner/transfer/change in reporting line. Coordinates performance appraisal process
- Assist in rolling out and implementing Internal Governance policies, as set out by COO, Banking North Asia Management and CIMB Group offices, in close coordination with Group Compliance
- Control/Audit issue review and resolution of audit issues or enhancement of current operational process
- Assist in updating Banking North Asia pipeline, revenue forecasting and all aspects of Finance within Banking (eg. streamlining expense reimbursement booking against revenue process, transfer pricing policy review with external auditors)
- Management and maintenance of deal files and related documentation, as part of record Management
- Liaise closely with Group Admin on all admin matters, such as space planning and management, upgrade of equipments, streamlining market data requirement, whilst ensuring alignment with internal policies
- Coordination of townhalls, management meetings as and when required
- Work on ad-hoc projects
Requirements
- Experience of working with a large and diverse team base, ideally across multiple locations
- Previous experience in producing management information, and working closely with senior management
- Experience of making presentations
- Background demonstrating strong commitment to continuous process improvement and completion
- Excellent academic background

- Strong interpersonaland team skills, including excellent communication skills at all levels within an organization
