Our client, a top tier Investment Bank, is looking for an energetic and dynamic candidate to join their team to add value to the bank and its clients.
The Role
The future jobholder will be responsible for corporate action processing for the Asia Pacific markets. Assisting the prime brokerage business, he/she will be processing daily controls including data capturing, liaising with clients on event notifications and properly submitting documentations on behalf of client's portfolios and 'thinking outside of the box' to improve the overall function within the corporate action team. Additionally, the job holder will be responsible for liaising / managing external parties (agents and vendors) and assisting in the event creation process.
Your Profile
You should be a Bachelor's degree holder with experience in operations, either in corporate actions or settlements, within investment banks. Having a solid understanding of front to back office operations within investment bank and experience in dealing with counterparties in Front, middle and back office, would put you in an excellent position for this role. Additionally, you should be pro active, able to think outside the box, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
