With impressive deal flow and a strong technology, media and telecommunications client base, this highly regarded boutique advisory firm are now seeking to add an Associate in Sydney who ideally has 2-3 years’ experience in supporting the execution of MA transactions. 

This is an opportunity for an experienced analyst looking to join a boutique environment. Working closely with industry leading professionals, you will be gaining hands on experience of MA and financing transactions across a varied client base in an exciting growth sector.

You will have qualifications in Business Management, Finance or Accounting, and ideally you would have completed relevant postgraduate studies in accounting or finance. Key tasks will include supporting transactions through financial modelling and analysis, preparing marketing and pitch documents and presentations, and co-ordinating due diligence processes.

Due to this being a significant hire for the business the successful candidate will need to boast an exceptional academic history complimenting their already high achieving career to date. This role may also suit someone with strong financial due diligence skills looking to move from a Chartered Accounting firm to Corporate Advisory.
