Associate, Corporate DCM recruitment
Primary Responsibilities
• Junior coverage contact for DCM clients
• Preparation of bespoke deal pitch ideas and materials
• Provide analytical resources to support origination, ratings advisory, liability management and MA activity
• Part of execution team supporting originators in the preparation and coordination of roadshows, marketing materials, transaction documentation
• Maintaining relationships with key internal and external counterparts
• Co-ordinating and liaising with Syndicate, GIB, legal and external counterparties during transactions as required
Education/Experience
• Degree level education
• Preferred minimum [3] years relevant banking experience preferably in Debt Capital Markets
• Understating of Capital Markets products required, derivative and/or credit experience beneficial
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with experience in financial modelling required
• Strong PC skills specifically in Microsoft Office applications required
• Research experience/sourcing data from the internet and various industry publications required
