Associate Corporate Development
Our client is a highly regarded FTSE 100 corporate. With a footprint that is continuing to expand globally there is now a need to hire an experienced Analyst into the Corporate Development team.
The Corporate Development team is primarily responsible for carrying out the appraisal of potential transactions, in addition to managing the execution and where applicable post-merger integration.
As an Associate you will work with senior stakeholders across the business. You will gain exposure to the businesses strategy and as part of the Corporate Development team will be integral in the implementation of this. You will primarily be responsible for:
- Reviewing potential acquisitions, divestments and mergers, as a result if which candidates should have good financial modelling and analytical skills
- Supporting the execution of transactions
- Market research, keeping abreast of developments in the sector
Suitable candidates will come from either an accountancy background where they will have had recent corporate finance experience in either the financial services or technology sectors, alternatively they could come from an investment banking background. Candidates with an ACA qualification are strongly encouraged to apply.
