Associate, Corporate Development, FTSE 100 business recruitment
Our client is a major FTSE business. They are an international, global firm, with a range of highly successful brands and operating businesses.
They are now looking to add an associate to their small 'in house' corporate development group, which acts as advisor to the board and operating committee on issues of acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, capital investments. You will work on all transactions and have full involvement in the execution of deals.
We are interested in meeting with candidates who will have a background as follows:
- 2nd / 3rd year analysts with tier one investment banks
- corporate finance advisors from the major accounting firms
- strong financial modelling skills
- real interest in making the move into a corporate development role
