The client is fast becoming the dominanty force in mid-market Consumer/Retail MA.
2011 has been a spectacular year for them in terms of transactions and they would like to beef up the team with a Manager to help with execution and origination of their pipeline.

Role Description and Expectations
Support Partners in deal execution and also support marketing efforts from time-to-time
Candidate should be a qualified accountant with at least 2 years post-qualification corporate finance experience
Expect candidate will be comfortable interacting with clients and potential new clients on a regular basis from the outset as part of transaction origination and execution
Essential candidate has experience in day-to-day management of deals (buyside and sellside) and is proficient in financial modelling, writing IMs and writing presentations
Consumer or retail/leisure experience is a bonus but not essential
We are open to meeting candidates from the big 4 accounting firms who have first time passes in all accounting exams

Academic Achievements
Excellent A-levels
2:1 or above from a top tier university
