Business Overview:

Responsibilities:
The focus of this role will be to support seniro bankers in Mining, Oil and Gas, Industrial and Services (ISS) and Consumer/Food. Responsibilities will include the following:
• Support the origination and execution of diverse corporate finance activities and manage several assignments in parallel.
• Perform advanced financial analysis and lead transaction execution
• Supervise and train the analyst team and contribute to origination efforts, team discussions and client management.

Skills

• Strong academic background from a top undergraduate program
• Minimum of four years of experience in corporate finance. Applicants with an MBA and one - two years of experience in corporate finance after college are also welcome
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Strong understanding of corporate finance techniques: modeling, financial analysis and valuation methods
• Experience working in an associate capacity on MA transactions
• Experience with overseeing and directing the work of analysts
