Associate, Corporate Finance – Treasury Operations recruitment
Position reports to the Director, Corporate Finance Business Development
BASIC FUNCTION
Position is a critical member of the Corporate Finance Department within the Finance Administration Division of the Company.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
• Helps determine company’s on-going and strategic financing needs
• Assists the Director in maintaining and cultivating commercial and investment banking relationships
• Conducts cost-benefit and financial analyses on cash and treasury operations, cash management, bank relationship management, short-term borrowing, short-term investing and payments
• Designs and maintains financial and transaction-structuring models
• Monitors capital market risks and interest rate exposures
• Assists the Director in recommending alternative financing strategies
• Assists the Director and CFO in managing relationships with private equity investors
• Position is exempt and requires weekly overtime hours
