Overview:
Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB) comprises three businesses: Corporate Finance, Markets and Global Transaction Banking (GTB) and includes regional coverage in the Bank's key growth areas.

CIB Markets is looking to hire a qualified candidate for the Structuring team in Birmingham, UK. The Structuring business combines world class structuring capabilities across all asset classes, delivering fully tailored multi-asset structured products and services to our clients. Credit Structuring offers solutions and products on asset and liability sides to a broad range of clients interested in exposure or hedging of underlying credit risk. This is an Associate level role for the Credit Structuring desk.

Key Responsibilities:
*In this role you will be responsible for the analysis of corporate credit.
*Cash flow modelling and valuations.
*Scenario analysis, back-testing and the preparation of marketing materials.
*Review of deal documents and term-sheets to form a view of deal.
*Managing internal parties and the internal approval process and documentation for the transaction.

You will have:
*A strong finance background through relevant undergraduate studies.
*Corporate credit analysis experience.
*Fluency in Spanish (and preferably Portugese) a prerequisite.
*Experience in analysing infrastructure projects will be a plus.
*The candidate should have experience in a relevant field.
*The candidate should have good analytical skills and experience in cash flow modelling and valuations.
*Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
