Associate Data and Service level management recruitment

The purpose DSLM team is to establish and maintain robust, controlled processes around the definition and maintenance of data and the management of ‘third party’ engagement.

Key responsibilities: To that ensure high quality standards DSLM will set organisation wide policies and standards with respect to data governance, service level management and vendor management. With respect to data management it will actively monitor adherence to standards and quality of data and provide support across the business (including front office, back office, client departments, finance etc) in setting-up operational data management. With respect to service level management it will promote clear ownership, set and monitor policies, guidelines and standards, manage review process and evaluate performance. It will be responsible to promote and align with global standards.

Process

-Provide input for policies/standards definitions

-Support business in implementing policies/standards

-Support business in standard processes like service reviews and changes

-Provide input for management reporting, specifically on KPIs/KRIs and if standards and agreements are adhered to

-Participate in/minute data governance committee

-Manage change process, monitor and update data dictionary/sharepoint site

Other

-Support Junior employees

-Monitor market developments with regards to data management and/or service level management and/or vendor management

In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder may be required to perform other duties assigned by his/her manager from time to time so long as such duties are within the scope and ability of the job holder.
